Chiropractic adjustments remove interference from the Nervous System restoring communication between the brain and the nerves. There are nerves throughout the body which innervate muscles and organs affecting proper movement and organ function. We predominantly use the Activator Method Technique which involves a hand-held instrument called the Activator to deliver a gentle and specific impulse to the spine and other areas of the body with the goal of correcting spinal misalignment. Depending on the patient's needs, we utilize other chiropractic techniques such as Sacral Occipital (SOT). By restoring spinal balance safely through low-force adjustments and therapy when indicated, the body is able to begin to heal itself.

I’m a Wholistic Healer who believes the Power of the Body can Heal the Body through spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical energy. I’ve been a Doctor of Chiropractic for over 20 years and adjust the Whole Body mostly using the Activator, a gentle and specific adjusting instrument. I use Dynamic Body Balancing and Reiki along with Chiropractic to balance the nervous system, fascia, muscles, and energy in the body. I believe in the Mind-Body connection and help people to work with their emotions, beliefs, and thoughts as well as their lifestyle to create a happy, healthy, abundant life.

I’m originally from the San Francisco Bay Area in California. I moved back to my roots in the Midwest in my early twenties. My husband, Joe, was born and raised in St. Louis Hills (and for those natives who just have to know – he went to CBC for high school!).

I completed my undergraduate work at the University of the Pacific in Stockton, California where I received a B.S. in Public Administration (concentrating in Health and Human Services) and a bilingual (Spanish/English) Certificate in Inter-American Studies. I received a B.S. in Human Biology from Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis, Missouri while obtaining my Doctorate in Chiropractic.

We have family and friends in all parts of the world and love to travel whenever we get a chance!

Dr. Pam Waske is a graduate of Logan College of Chiropractic and has a passion for pain management and improving quality of life.

Dr. Pam’s own experience with headaches, neck and back pain motivated her to pursue a career in chiropractic care in order to help others. By preventing and reducing pain as well as improving function, Dr. Waske helps her patients stand tall and reach their full potential.
